Shopping online at ingzig.com can be done with complete and absolute confidence. We offer safe and secure checkout through PayPal.

Payment Methods

We currently accept payment for merchandise exclusively via PayPal.

Applicable Sales Tax

Sales tax for merchandise ordered on ingzig.com is based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.

Shipping

All ingzig® in-stock merchandise will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail within 48 hours of receipt (weekends excluded). Back ordered items may take substantially longer, and when this is the case you’ll be notified immediately for other available options. We currently ship only in the U.S.

And please, make sure you have your packages shipped to a secure and trusted location. We take every step possible to ensure that you get your package, both tracking and email confirmation are included in the shipping costs, nonetheless, once it's shipped by the USPS, it's no longer in our hands.

Returns and Exchanges

Our return/exchange policy here at ingzig® is simply this; to have as few as achieve ably possible, however, if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, rest assured we’ll do everything we can to promptly resolve the issue. For both returns and exchanges, we merely ask you to fill out the Merchandise Return/Exchange Form attached to your invoice indicating the reason for return and send it back with your purchase along with the original invoice within 30 days of receipt (all returns and exchanges are void thereafter). All items must be in their original condition, not washed, worn, dirty or damaged. Refunds will be issued in the same manner as the original payment. Exchange merchandise will not be shipped out prior to us receiving the returned items from you. In both cases, you will be responsible for the return shipping, but ingzig® will cover all costs for shipping any exchanged items back to you. Exchanges may only be made for identical items, however, size and color substitutions are accepted. Please allow us 10 business days to process your request.

ingzig® is dutifully committed to your privacy, personal information is collected only when users voluntarily register with ingzig.com to purchase items, receive electronic newsletters, answer surveys and enter contests which may be offered. We do not share, rent or sell any of this information with or to outside companies. Minimum information is required to complete your order online; name, billing and shipping address, telephone number, and payment information.
